Room Rates at the Doubletree by Hilton

Attendees are to arrange for hotel accommodations directly with the hotel. This can be done conveniently using the Doubletree by Hilton Pittsburgh Green Tree web site. The hotel has set aside a block of 50 rooms at the discounted rate of $109+ 14% tax per night for a total of $124.26 per day. These room will be available on a first-come first-served basis until July 18, 2018. Please use this link when making your hotel reservation to obtain the conference group room rates. A complimentary hotel shuttle is available to/from the airport, see hotel flyer and ICC welcome letter for more details. The Doubletree can be contacted at 1-800-222-TREE. Be sure to register by July 18, 2018. to obtain the special group rate.  (Negotiations are underway with the hotel to extend the discount period to August 1 and 2.

If you are registering for double, triple or quad occupancy, one individual in the group will register and the group is responsible for splitting the cost among the group members. The hotel is NOT responsible for cost sharing.

Rooms either have two queens or one king size bed. No rollaway beds allowed.

Meal Plan

  • Attendees are responsible for their own meal arrangements.
  • Meals will be discounted at the Doubletree hotel restaurants for conference attendees: Chef Choice for dinner in restaurant, $19 inclusive / Chef Choice for Lunch in restaurant, $13.50 inclusive.

Vendor Tables

Tables for vendors are available at a cost of $30 each for the entire conference. Each table includes a cover, two chairs and one electricity outlet. To request a table(s) please send an email to CSF at csf_icc@csfpittsburgh.org specifying the number of tables along with the name of the organization and contact information. When the request is made you will receive a bill from the ICC.
